Where can I find my user ID?

Navigate to Account Overview by clicking the person icon in the upper right corner. Your user ID appears below your email or Telegram info, labeled as "ID" — click to copy.

Where can I find my referral link?

Open Account Overview via the person icon. Expand the "Referrals" section to find your referral code at the bottom.

Account & Security

I forgot my password — what now?

Password recovery is not available. Only you know your password, and the Soda team cannot access it. Since your private wallet keys are encrypted with this password, we strongly recommend:

• Exporting your private keys and storing them securely offline.

• Writing down your recovery phrase during initial setup.

If you lose your password and haven't exported your private keys, your funds may be permanently inaccessible.

How do I change the app color scheme?

1. Click the gear icon for Settings.

2. Select the "Colors" tab.

3. Toggle on "Lighter colors" mode for a brighter theme.

Where can I find my PnL card?

1. Go to the Portfolio tab.

2. Navigate to Open Positions or Closed Positions.

3. Click the Trophy icon beside your profit.

4. Generate and share your PnL card (includes your referral link QR code).

Where to find an order ID?

1. Navigate to Order History on the Token Page.

2. Click Status to open order details.

3. Click the copy icon next to the Order Summary modal title.

Trading Issues

Transaction timed out

This can happen due to:

• Insufficient balance — Your wallet doesn't have enough SOL for the trade + gas fees.

• Simultaneous trades — Multiple trades triggered at the same time.

• Slippage exceeded — Price moved beyond your slippage tolerance before confirmation.

Solution: Check your balance, increase slippage tolerance, or increase your priority fee.

Sell Initials: Insufficient Amount

When the market price drops below your entry price, your holdings can't cover the initial investment. The message "Warning: Insufficient Amount" means Sell Initials is only available when your position is in profit.

Freezable accounts warning

Freeze authority allows token developers to block users from selling their positions. Be extremely cautious with tokens that have freeze authority enabled — always check the Data & Security section for red flags.

Technical Issues

Why is the chart not showing when I click Telegram links?

Telegram's internal browser has limitations that affect chart display. Fix:

1. Open Telegram Settings.

2. Go to Data and Storage.

3. Set Open Links in → Default browser (Chrome, Safari, etc.).
