Transaction Settings
Fine-tune your transaction parameters for optimal speed, cost, and security on every trade.
Gas Fees
Gas fees cover the cost of processing your transaction on the Solana blockchain. You can adjust two components:
Priority (Prio)
The base priority fee, set in SOL (e.g., 0.001 SOL), which influences how quickly your transaction will be prioritized by validators.
Tip
An additional fee (also in SOL, e.g., 0.01 SOL) to further incentivize faster processing. Tips go directly to block builders and are especially useful during high network congestion.
Slippage
Set the maximum slippage tolerance (e.g., 3%) you're willing to accept. This allows a small variation in price between the time you place and execute the order, helping to avoid order failure due to price fluctuations.
Setting slippage too low may cause your transaction to fail. Setting it too high may result in a worse execution price. A typical range is 1-5% for most tokens.
MEV Protection
Enable MEV Protection to safeguard your transaction from being manipulated by validators through front-running (sandwich attacks).
When enabled, your transaction is routed through secure channels that prevent malicious actors from detecting and exploiting your trades.
See Solana Fees for a detailed breakdown of MEV Protection modes (Off, Reduced, Secure).
Submitting Your Order
Once all settings are configured, click the confirmation button to submit your order. The estimated amount of tokens you'll receive (for buys) or SOL you'll receive (for sells) is displayed next to the button.
