How to Get Support

Step 1: Join Our Discord

Click the Discord link above. If you don't have a Discord account, sign up first.

Step 2: Verify Your Account

Click the verification emoji to confirm you're not a bot. This protects the community from spam.

Step 3: Disable DMs from Server Members

We strongly recommend disabling direct messages:

1. Right-click the Soda server icon.

2. Go to Privacy Settings.

3. Turn off "Direct Messages".

Step 4: Create a Ticket

Navigate to the #tickets channel at the top of the channel list and follow the instructions to create a private support ticket.

Step 5: Provide Information

In your ticket, include:

• Your User ID (found in Account Overview).

• A clear description of your issue.

• Screenshots if applicable.

• Transaction hashes for trading-related issues.

Be patient and respectful — our support team will respond as quickly as possible.
