Getting Started
Welcome to Soda! This guide will walk you through setting up your account and making your first trade.
Step 1: Sign Up
Visit sodae.io and click Sign Up.
Choose your sign-up method — email, Google, or Telegram.
If signing up via email, check your inbox for a one-time verification code and enter it.
Create a secure password.
Save your password and store it safely offline. Soda cannot recover lost passwords. Export your private keys before depositing any funds to maintain access regardless of password loss.
Step 2: Secure Your Recovery Phrase
After signup, you'll be shown your recovery phrase (seed phrase). Write it down and store it in a safe place.
Never share your Secret Recovery Phrase with anyone! Anyone with your recovery phrase has full access to your wallets.
You can access your recovery phrase at any time in your Settings. We also recommend importing your recovery phrase into a standard wallet like Phantom or Solflare to ensure you always have direct access to your funds.
Step 3: Fund Your Account
Deposit SOL directly into your Soda wallet address, or buy SOL through our integrated partner with no KYC required (up to $500/week).
Step 4: Start Trading!
You're all set. Navigate to any token page, enter an amount, and execute your first trade. Check out the Trading Guide for detailed instructions.
